- Clerk — authentication
- Stripe — billing and payments
- Resend — transactional email
- Vercel — website hosting
We may also share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. Because Vidsync transfers files directly between your devices peer-to-peer, the contents of the files you sync are never stored on or shared by our servers.
