Is the free plan really free?+
Yes — Free is $0 with no card on file. It gives you one project (a one-day trial) to move real footage end to end and decide. When you need more, Pro is $20/month for 10 projects and Studio is $150/month for unlimited.
How are projects counted?+
A project is one synced folder. Free includes 1 project, Pro 10, and Studio unlimited. Projects other people invite you to count toward your own limit, so a heavy collaborator may want Pro or Studio.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Manage your subscription from the Vidsync app's billing screen, which sends you to the Stripe customer portal. Cancel at any time; you keep your paid features through the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my files if I cancel?+
Nothing. Vidsync syncs files between your machines — they live on your local disk, not in our cloud. Cancelling drops you back to the Free plan's single-project limit, but your files stay where they are.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?+
If your team needs more than Studio covers, email hello@thevidsync.com and we'll figure something out together.
Is annual billing cheaper than monthly?+
Yes — annual billing gives you two months free: you pay for 10 months, not 12. Pro is $20/month or $200/year; Studio is $150/month or $1,500/year. Annual plans renew automatically and we email a reminder before each renewal.
